Hi, I’m Lisa Resnick. Founder of Dandelion-Inc.

Dandelion-Inc was created because too many women in business were building incredible careers, organizations, and companies — but doing it without a true community behind them. Networking existed. Coaching existed. But a genuine women in business community focused on connection, local visibility, leadership growth, and sustainable business development was harder to find.
After years working across the Mahoning Valley and beyond — building initiatives, supporting entrepreneurs, collaborating with nonprofits, hosting events, serving on boards, producing conversations through my podcast The Seed, and helping women become more visible in their industries — one thing became clear: growth happens faster and feels better when it’s rooted in relationships, not transactions.
That insight became Dandelion-Inc.
This community supports women across business and leadership — entrepreneurs, professionals, nonprofit leaders, creatives, and emerging founders — who want real connection, stronger local presence, and strategic growth without burnout. Many members come for networking, but they stay for the collaboration, visibility opportunities, accountability, and sense of belonging that traditional business groups often miss.
We believe local presence still matters. Reputation, partnerships, speaking opportunities, community leadership, and word-of-mouth visibility are still some of the most powerful drivers of long-term success. When women are supported where they live and work, their impact naturally expands far beyond it.
Dandelion-Inc exists to make that kind of growth possible — through community, connection, leadership development, and a space where women in business don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Because when women are connected, supported, and visible, everyone benefits — their businesses, their communities, and the next generation watching them lead.I built Dandelion-Inc for women growing businesses in the middle of real life — not perfect conditions. I believe growth works best when it’s supported, steady, and shared.
If you’re building something meaningful and want a place that actually helps you move forward — you’re welcome here.
