Aundréa Cika Heschmeyer is the President and Founder of MARQUEE Creatives, a full-service marketing, communications, and event management agency based in Youngstown, Ohio. With more than 30 years of experience in marketing, public relations, journalism, strategic communications, and event planning, she helps businesses, nonprofits, and government organizations build memorable brands through courageous creativity and purposeful storytelling.

An award-winning communications professional, Aundréa has led the development of hundreds of successful marketing campaigns and community events. She is also the founder of initiatives such as Simply Slavic and PolishYoungstown, demonstrating her passion for community engagement, cultural preservation, and economic development. Under her leadership, MARQUEE has earned Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) certification and continues to serve clients throughout Ohio and beyond.
