I am the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Thrive 10:10, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping organizations, workplaces, individuals and families build stability, wellness, and long-term success through education, support, and connection. Drawing on a professional background in behavioral health, I have spent my career helping people navigate challenges, develop resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth. My experience includes direct service in healthcare, teaching and training adults, curriculum development, public speaking, and creating and facilitating transformative programs that empower individuals to move from surviving to thriving.
I am a passionate advocate for individual and community well-being. I have led the development and expansion of multiple initiatives, including programs focused on poverty alleviation, mental wellness, life skills, and relational development. Under my leadership, Thrive 10:10 has become a recognized community resource, offering innovative pathways that connect individuals with practical tools, supportive relationships, and opportunities for growth. I am a certified instructor in Bridges Out of Poverty, Mental Health First Aid and Getting Ahead in a Just Gettin’ By World and a frequent presenter to community organizations, churches, and professional groups as well as a collaborative leader committed to building stronger, healthier workplaces and communities through education, partnership, and service.
