Somewhere along the way, we picked up the idea that success has to be hard. That if it’s not a struggle, we must be doing something wrong. But what if that’s just…not true?

Some of the best business decisions I’ve made have been the easiest. The ones that felt natural, fun, and aligned. When you lean into what works for you, instead of forcing strategies that feel awful, you actually create momentum.

Action Step: Identify one thing in your business that feels unnecessarily hard. Can you simplify it? Automate it? Drop it altogether?
