Resilience
How a Dandelion Taught Me About Resilience
Dandelions get a bad rap, which does at times annoy me. People call them weeds, but they’re one of the toughest plants out there. They grow in sidewalks, push through cracks, and show up in places no one expects. That’s how I want my business to be—persistent, adaptable, and impossible to ignore.
Resilience isn’t about never facing challenges; it’s about growing anyway. When I lost a client that made up a huge chunk of my income, I could have seen it as the end. Instead, I used it as fuel to pivot and rebuild.
Action Step: Think about a recent setback in your business. What lesson can you take from it? Write it down and use it to guide your next move.
