The Time I Burned Out (And What I Learned)

There was a point where I was juggling too much—business, family, a million obligations—and I hit a wall. Hard. I wasn’t sleeping, I wasn’t present, and I wasn’t enjoying the thing I had worked so hard to build.

I learned that burnout doesn’t happen overnight. It’s the little moments of overcommitting, saying yes when we mean no, and ignoring what our body and mind actually need.

Action Step: Look at your calendar. Where can you create space? Cancel one thing, delegate one thing, or push something back.
