If I had listened to every opinion thrown my way, I wouldn’t have started my business. Or my podcast. Or pretty much anything.

People will have opinions—some supportive, some critical, some just plain unhelpful. But here’s the thing: their opinion isn’t your business. Your growth isn’t up for debate.

Action Step: If fear of judgment is holding you back, do this: write down the worst thing someone could say about you. Then ask yourself—does it actually matter? Most of the time, the answer is no.
